TextMyDay
TextMyDay is a family calendar briefing service. Customers connect Google Calendar, choose which calendars to include, add recipients, and schedule a daily text message that summarizes upcoming calendar events.
TextMyDay requests read-only Google Calendar access. The service uses calendar data only to create the customer-selected daily SMS calendar summary and only includes calendars selected by the customer.

TextMyDay is operated by Atech St. Louis, LLC. TextMyDay collects information needed to create, deliver, secure, bill for, and support daily SMS calendar summaries, including account information, phone numbers, recipient names or nicknames, delivery preferences, Morning Brief settings, support requests, billing/subscription status, delivery records, and technical/security logs.
Connecting Google Calendar is optional, but TextMyDay needs a Google Calendar connection to prepare calendar-based Morning Briefs. When a customer connects Google Calendar, TextMyDay requests basic Google account identity information and read-only Google Calendar access, including calendar lists and events from calendars the customer selects. TextMyDay uses the Google Calendar read-only scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly. TextMyDay does not ask for permission to create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.
TextMyDay uses Google user data only to provide the customer-requested calendar summary service: connecting Google Calendar, showing available calendars, generating previews and scheduled SMS Morning Briefs, sending reconnect reminders, and supporting the account when help is requested. TextMyDay does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
TextMyDay's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
TextMyDay shares information only as needed to operate, secure, bill for, and support the service. SMS recipients configured by the customer may receive selected calendar details in Morning Brief messages. Service providers may process information for hosting, database, SMS delivery, email/support, analytics/error monitoring, and payment processing. TextMyDay may also disclose information when required by law or to protect service security and integrity.
SMS Privacy and Consent
TextMyDay sends only customer-requested, recurring informational SMS messages and does not send unsolicited messages. Account owners affirmatively opt in during signup and phone verification, accept the TextMyDay Terms and Privacy Policy, and choose whether to activate a Morning Brief. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
An account owner may request one consent invitation for another family recipient only after confirming they have permission to send that invitation. The recipient remains pending and receives no calendar briefs until they reply YES from their own phone. Message frequency varies. A typical active Morning Brief sends one scheduled message per day, with occasional requested test messages, setup notices, calendar connection alerts, or service reminders. Message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out. After an opt-out, the account owner cannot send another invitation; the recipient must reply START from their own phone to opt back in. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance. Account owners can also pause a Morning Brief or remove a recipient from the TextMyDay portal. See the TextMyDay Terms of Service for more information.
TextMyDay does not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers that help operate the service may process mobile information only as needed to deliver, secure, support, or comply with the TextMyDay messaging program; they may not use that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
TextMyDay uses safeguards including HTTPS, Google OAuth, encrypted storage for sensitive tokens and phone numbers where production storage is used, hashed lookup values for phone matching where production storage is used, access controls, and limited operational logging. TextMyDay does not maintain a permanent archive of Google Calendar events. Customers can choose calendars, pause Morning Briefs, remove recipients, update delivery settings, disconnect Google Calendar in TextMyDay, or revoke access from their Google Account permissions page.

TextMyDay is operated by Atech St. Louis, LLC. Customers are responsible for connecting their own Google Calendar, selecting calendars, adding only recipients who should receive messages, and keeping recipient phone numbers accurate.
SMS messaging terms
TextMyDay sends only customer-requested, recurring informational SMS messages, including Morning Briefs containing selected Google Calendar events and a look at tomorrow, requested test messages, setup notices, calendar connection alerts, and service reminders. TextMyDay does not send unsolicited messages.
Account owners consent during signup and phone verification. To invite another family recipient, the account owner confirms they have permission to send one consent invitation. The recipient remains pending and receives no calendar briefs until they reply YES from their own phone. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. After opting out, a recipient may receive one confirmation message, the account owner cannot send another invitation, and only a START reply from the recipient's phone can reactivate messages. Reply HELP for help or contact [email protected]. Account owners can also pause a Morning Brief or remove a recipient through the TextMyDay portal.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability and the recipient's wireless service. TextMyDay does not sell recipient phone numbers or use mobile information or messaging consent for unrelated advertising or third-party marketing.
TextMyDay is a convenience reminder service and must not be used for emergency, medical, legal, safety-critical, or time-critical alerts.
